The details
The Team
The development team is led by CTO Brett and consists of 9 team members: 6 developers, a QA, a Data Visualiser, and Brett himself. The development team plans on increasing their capacity dramatically over the next few years and recruiting a number of great developers across the department is in the stars. Also important: the team works in a highly agile environment and practice things like TDD, Pair Programming, and CI/CD.
For instance, they plan on maximizing the platform’s data capabilities in the near future as the system architecture has been laid down to do exactly this at both a macro and micro level. This will take the whole team’s power to complete and will mean a few new faces will be needed!
