About nDeva
Founded by Kiwi brothers, Mike and Aajay, nDeva is an Australian-based tech recruitment agency and startup with a unique approach to recruitment. We specialise in providing first-rate talent to the startup and scaleup community through a partnership model. Meaning you get more personalisation, higher quality CVs to interview, less hassle, and no wasted time speaking to multiple recruiters.
We use a combination of time-tested recruitment methods along with bespoke videos and messages to candidates, marketing material for LinkedIn, and nDeva’s special sauce, our landing pages. The process is designed to be highly collaborative with each client so we can find your ideal candidates, while at the same time reducing unnecessary effort on your part. Our mission is to leave every one of our partners and candidates in a better place.
Since 2020, we’ve also been giving back to the wider startup and scaleup community through our quarterly CTO, CPO and Founders Gatherings which bring together 1500 of Australia and New Zealand’s top Founders, CEOs, CTOs and CPOs. Here they discuss problems, bounce ideas off each other and connect to senior people in similar roles through the safe space we provide.
