Senior Business Development Manager

Kallipr is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and foster customer relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who can generate opportunities, navigate complex sales cycles of 9 months to a year, and tailor solutions to meet specific customer needs. The ideal candidate should excel in networking, relationship-building, and presenting solutions to potential clients. They should also be comfortable with a fast-paced environment typical of a tech startup.

This role offers significant career progression opportunities, with the potential to evolve into a Head of Sales (HoS) position, eventually leading a team.

What’s my day-to-day?

  • Strategy Development: Actively seek out and identify potential opportunities by gaining a thorough understanding of the product and industry landscape.

  • Solution Design: Analyse customer problems and develop customised solutions that specifically address their needs and challenges.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and cultivate strong customer relationships, initiate conversations, and effectively pitch products and the company’s value proposition.

  • Pipeline Collaboration: Work closely with the solutions team to advance prospects through the sales pipeline, ensuring a seamless handoff and collaboration.

  • Autonomous Growth: Operate independently once acclimated, with the opportunity to expand the role into a Head of Sales (HoS) position, eventually leading a team.

The successful candidate will report to the CCO and CMO to ensure strong team alignment. Initially, the role will be highly autonomous, requiring independent sales efforts. However, there is significant potential for growth, potentially evolving into a Head of Sales position leading a team.
