What Emprevo is all about
Emprevo’s mission is to help a community that needs streamlining and automation right from the get-go. Emprevo recognised a big gap within the aged industry and similar industries like healthcare, disabilities, and childcare, with the time-consuming and manual methods of rostering casual employees.
One of the goals of their application is to save their client’s hours of work by automating the hours of casual workers. One client saves 2-3 hours of work a day and can now fill 85% of the shifts in 1 minute.
The other goal is to minimize underemployment and understaffing that comes from manual rostering. It’s estimated that up to 73% of users of the Emprevo are on the platform 3 times a day to set up their schedules or pick up shifts.
Mid-Senior Full Stack Developer
Emprevo is looking for a full-stack developer who is keen to contribute new ideas and is excited about finding more effective ways of working, improving their development practice and meeting industry standards.
Armed with an innovative tech stack consisting of .netcore, AWS, Angular, and Flutter, you’ll have the opportunity to solve a range of technical challenges in an environment that allows you to work autonomously and giving you the chance to do good in the community. This role will really be a mixture of building out new features and making improvements on the current product.

The engineering team is made up of 5 people; Tech Lead, 2 Engineers, 1 Tester, and 1 QA. The team at Emprevo is constantly looking for new ways to innovate and collaborate so everyone is encouraged to try implementing new technology and contribute their ideas.
