PHP Backend Engineer

As a PHP Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of Vudoo’s platforms backend functionalities. Reporting to the CTO and under the guidance of their Lead Software Architect, you will:

Develop and maintain backend code, primarily in PHP, with an emphasis on Drupal, Laravel/Symfony, and AWS.
Contribute innovative methods and techniques to their development process.
Take ownership of new features, from conception to deployment.
Address and resolve bugs, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
Collaborate closely with their design and product management teams to roll out customer-facing features and new partner integrations.
Proactively identify and solve performance and scalability issues.
Uphold best practices in secure development and comprehensive test coverage.
