Technical Lead
This is a rare chance to join a highly creative, global team of Engineers and support them on their journey to building a world-class mobile application alongside a web version and marketing tool. The mobile application is currently available in 5 countries but expanding into new markets rapidly.
The team knows the code end-to-end but they still require support and are excited to bring someone into the business who can contribute new ideas around emerging tech (AI and ML), introduce engineering best practices and find new ways of working to create a more efficient environment.
You’ll get to work closely with TenSixty’s Head of Product & their Business Analyst to assess the viability and feasibility of new ideas, scope the projects, design the right architecture and set direction for the Engineering team to implement.

The Team
Ten Sixty is a global team with Manav Lakhiani as Head of Product who runs a team of 6 Engineers, and 30 marketers, video editors, and creatives. The Engineers are spread across the world in Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Ecuador and Singapore so it’s important that you are used to working asynchronously.
There is a huge opportunity to grow as a leader and move into a Head of or VP of Engineering role as the team starts to scale.
