ShiftCare was founded in 2019 by Gaurav Cheema. The idea came to him when he was doing some pro bono work to help a couple of NFPs streamline their processes and improve patient care. Fast forward four years and ShiftCare is a thriving platform that has invoiced over $ 1 billion. 

ShiftCare has been profitable for two years now, and with 300% YoY growth, they show no signs of slowing down. Having already captured a large chunk of the Australian market, ShiftCare is now expanding into the US, and plans for a European launch are already underway.

Senior Product Manager

As Shiftcare continues to expand into new markets, so does their Product function which is just a year old. As the most Senior Product person in the team, you’ll heavily influence the product function and help them see what a successful product team looks like. You’ll have a real impact on their growth and lead the product vision to help them become the go-to solution in the home-care sector.

Your first 12 months at Shiftcare will be heavily focused on the delivery of customer feature requests which will involve putting together the roadmap and executing the delivery.

Within 12 months, you’ll be promoted to Head of Product and drive product discovery, exploration and help them assess product-market fit in new markets.

Shiftcare is growing fast! In one year, Shiftcare has gone from a team of 6-45. As part of your role, you will be responsible for bringing on another Product Manager and refining what that role looks like.

You’ll work with some of the smartest and friendliest people in the technology who make up the ShiftCare team. All of them are on a mission to make a best-in-market product. They are a product-led growth business so it’s important for people coming into the business to understand what product-led growth means.
