Product Designer Role
Rome2Rio’s Acquisition Team is looking to add a Product Designer to their growing cross-collaborative team.
You’ll be tasked with with owning and impacting the design function in one of Rome2Rio’s cross-functional pods which dictate a specific integral part of their product.
You’ll also have the opportunity to work across revamping their design system and across a couple of other cool ad hoc design projects.
Most importantly, you are excited about working closely with end-users, have an eye for appealing UI/UX principles, and understand the importance of iterating on product design and experimentation.
You’ll have the opportunity to impact millions of users a day while working on a consumer-centric product that will show the fruits of your labour in real-time.

The details
The Team
The Design team has grown in the last couple of months and now consists of a Principle Designer, Senior UX/UI Designer, 2 Mid Product Designers, and a UX Writer across Australia and New Zealand, as well as two other design team members located in Sri Lanka and the USA.
Rome2Rio works in four cross-functional product teams called pods, with three of these teams focused directly on working end-to-end across the product. You will be joining one
Each team is an autonomous and agile unit consisting of a Product Manager, Data Scientist, Designers, and Engineers.
