Senior Product Designer

What will the role involve?

You'll be joining the team as a foundational member working closely with the Head of Design and other team members in a cross-collaborative environment. You'll be eager to hit the ground running in a fluid and agile environment, help build out internal design processes, and play a hand in steering the design direction of the product.

You also understand that to improve something, it needs to be measured, and you base your decisions on a range of evidence and data.

• You will work closely with engineering, product, sales, data and take responsibility for shaping your part of the product to ensure that the Reejig products grow along a path directly leading to the product vision.

• You will have a heavy focus in accessibility and inclusivity in building out the product and understand the value or proper usability and accessibility testing

• Ensure you are building amazing experiences for your customers that delight them at every step of the journey and every iteration gets better.

To be successful in this role:

You will have Product Design or end-to-end design experience, ideally at a fast-growing SAAS company or digital company.

This would suit you if you are driven by customer engagement and creating meaningful experiences for them. You will report to the Head of Design who is incredibly passionate about her craft and has an innovative eye for product design. She will give you the support, and the autonomy to get things done.
