What nDeva is all about
nDeva was founded in 2015 by two ambitious Kiwi brothers, Mike and Aajay, who saw a gap in the Melbourne market for a new kind of value-driven and partnership style of recruitment. Marketing Specialist
While nDeva strongly believes in what they do and the value that they bring to the community, they’re lacking in one specific area and that is our marketing and social media presence. They are on the lookout for a marketing specialist with a passion for growing a brand and a knack for all things social media, especially LinkedIn marketing.
This is an awesome opportunity for a curious and driven mid-level generalist marketing specialist with branding, digital marketing, and social media marketing to take the bones of nDeva’s mission and values and turn them into a truly special branding and marketing experience. This person will have the onus to take ownership of the strategy, execution and maintenance of nDeva’s overall marketing direction while having the ability to be hands on the tools and flex their creative chops. A background in graphic design, video editing or podcast direction is hugely attractive but not required.

The Team
nDeva consists of 6 people at the moment across candidate and account management as well as business development. Although this marketing role will be stand alone within the business, the team wears multiple hats and are always happy to lend a hand working across different functions in the business. It’s not always just about recruitment!
