About the Role

As a 360 Recruiter at nDeva, you’ll be doing it all—winning new business, building relationships with clients, and sourcing top talent. You’ll work on a full-cycle recruitment model, meaning you’ll be responsible for both business development and candidate sourcing.

You’ll partner with some of the coolest startups and scaleups in Australia, from fresh-faced climate tech companies to globally recognised brands. Think of it as your chance to work with the people who are shaping the future of tech.

Role Responsibilities…

As 360 Recruiter at nDeva, you will:

  • Build relationships with CTOs and other key players: You’ll be the one bringing in new roles to work on. Depending on your experience, you’ll aim to secure 4–6 roles per quarter.

  • Source top-tier talent: Use LinkedIn, networking, and good old-fashioned headhunting to find the best candidates out there.

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions: From taking job briefs to placing candidates, you’ll own the whole process.

  • Collaborate with clients: Understand their hiring needs and make sure the candidate experience is smooth as butter.

  • Work with the team: Share ideas, refine strategies, and help us keep raising the bar.

  • Add value beyond recruitment: Advise clients on market trends and help them build teams that kick goals.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Recruiter: You’ve got at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a track record of winning business and filling hard-to-fill roles.

  • A business developer: You’re a natural at building relationships and turning connections into long-term partnerships.

  • Tech-savvy: You know your way around the tech industry and have experience recruiting for roles in software engineering, DevOps, product, design, and more.

  • A relationship-builder: You’re all about collaboration and take pride in building genuine connections with clients and candidates.

  • Can Have a Laugh: You have a great sense of humour and enjoy a bit of banter with your team. You appreciate a work environment where hard work is balanced with the ability to laugh and have fun.
