At nDeva, we’re on the hunt for a 270 Recruiter who thrives on building relationships, sourcing top-tier talent, and adding value to both candidates and clients. As a 270 Recruiter at nDeva, you’ll work on a retained basis, meaning you’ll get to embrace more personalised recruitment with an upfront fee, rather than the transactional and competitive approach of contingent recruitment.
You’ll partner with clients in the booming Aussie tech startup and scaleup space, ranging from smaller startups to globally recognised brands and stock exchange-listed companies. This means you’ll enjoy a variety of fulfilling work and get to meet some truly inspiring people.

4-day work week (Fridays off!): Enjoy a long weekend every week, giving you more time to relax and recharge.
BEST commission structure on the market: Maximise your earnings with a top-tier commission plan. Earn circa $1,250/placement and a bonus of $1,250/placement and a bonus of $20k every 6 months for 14 placements in that period. Your total compensation could reach $160k–$200k!

Role Responsibilities…
As a 270 Recruiter at nDeva, you will:
Source & engage passive top-tier candidates and get them interested in roles we are recruiting.
Build strong relationships with candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth candidate experiences.
Work closely with the team to continuously refine and improve our talent strategy.
Add value beyond recruitment by advising candidates on market trends and career opportunities.
Who You Are
Experienced Recruiter: You have at least one year of experience in recruitment and a genuine passion for the tech industry. You understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this field.
Relationship-Builder: You excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and take pride in building genuine connections. Your ability to foster strong relationships with both clients and colleagues is key to your success.
Can Have a Laugh: You have a great sense of humour and enjoy a bit of banter with your team. You appreciate a work environment where hard work is balanced with the ability to laugh and have fun.
