What MyWave is all about
MyWave is a unique intelligent personalisation platform that makes businesses personal at scale. They deliver Intelligent Personalisation by powerfully combining AI, Personal Data, and Proactive Automation to make every product or service centered on the customer. They service a variety of different industries from retail, health, to hospitality and finance.
Aimed at enterprise level ecosystems, MyWave interacts in a human-like way through Natural Language, learns from previous and concurrent interactions, understands and uses customer context to eliminate the need to fill in forms, bounce around Call Centres, or get stuck and frustrated in a department when trying to get an outcome. They’re looking to improve the ways that enterprise businesses and customers interact with each other.
Currently sitting at about 25 team members, MyWave is currently growing as they go through a scale. Their product is gathering steam across the globe as well, which allows for the rapid scaling of their engineering team.
Senior Java Developer Role
As a Senior Java Developer with MyWave you’ll be working on the most up-to-date Java ecosystem, as well as building out CI/CD pipelines in AWS using Spring, and Hibernate.
You’ll have the opportunity to partake in highly agile and modern engineering practices like TDD and Pair Programming alongside other senior developers in an environment where knowledge sharing and developing your skills with your peers is encouraged.
You’ll be part of a team working on cutting technologies daily and you’ll gain exposure to and ethical AI-based product of which the world has not seen before.

The MyWave team is spread out across Australia and New Zealand as everyone is working fully remotely. They do however function in a highly agile environment and work closely with one another to share knowledge and keep everyone on the same line of growth.
