Following from receiving the largest pre-launch investment in Australian history from Comm Bank in 2021, as well as a successful integration into the CommBank app that already consists of an audience of 6.5 million monthly active users across Australia, this is only the beginning for Little Birdie! With an eye on international expansion after growth across Australia is nailed down, the sky is truly the limit for the team.
Marketing Manager
Little Birdie is looking to add a Marketing Manager to their growing Marketing team.
This vital role at Little Birdie will be responsible for building and leading paid and unpaid campaigns across different digital channels to drive acquisition and engagement by partnering with different stakeholders across the business and externally in producing high quality go-to market plans to marry the creative message with the right customer touch points. Working alongside the CMO (an ex-Uber Global Head of Product Marketing), this person will be able to also understand and leverage dense data while creating objectives and reporting to measure the success of marketing campaign initiatives. They’ll also be responsible for the merchandising aspects of Little Birdie and how to activate this within certain campaigns and across multiple channels.
This is a great opportunity for a marketing generalist with a broad range of skills that loves to get involved in a bit of everything from TikTok content generation to crafting and optimising the Little Birdie’s user’s journey across email and push notifications. This role will have the ability to play a key part as a contributing member of a marketing team and have a voice to be able to shape Little Birdie’s marketing domain and make a lasting impact on the marketing direction and business at large!

The Team
Little Birdie’s team is mainly Melbourne-based and consists of an impressive leadership team that comes from the likes of Catch Group and Uber. The entire team is roughly 30 in Melbourne as well as a team of engineers located offshore.
Their Marketing Manager role will be joining a growing marketing team and have the unique opportunity to ride shotgun to and learn from Little Birdie’s CMO.
