Bootstrapped right from the beginning, AirTree has recently led a $10 million seed funding for Delegate Connect and they are now looking to scale rapidly from 50 - 100+ people in the next 12 months across multiple departments. One such team that is growing is the Engineering team!

Delegate Connect is looking to bring on innovative and passionate back-end engineers across the mid to senior range with prior experience in Ruby on Rails and AWS for deployment in their tech stack. You’ll be tasked with working on a greenfield product and a codebase that is less than 18 months old in a collaborative and supportive environment. Most excitingly, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the build of an industry-changing product from the ground up without the hassle of messy legacy code!
