nDeva has recently partnered with Delegate Connect, an up-and-coming company in the virtual and hybrid events space. Positioned as industry innovators, they understand that the future of events is about data and creating a bespoke experience for platform users to access and share custom content.

Bootstrapped right from the beginning, AirTree has recently led a seed funding for Delegate Connect and they are now looking to scale rapidly in the next 6 to 12 months across multiple departments. One such team that is growing is the Engineering team!

Delegate Connect is looking to bring on an innovative and pioneering Lead back-end engineer with expertise in Ruby on Rails and AWS for deployment in their tech stack. You’ll be tasked with leading a team of Mid to Senior engineers through the build of a greenfields product with a code that is less than 18 months old. Most excitingly, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the build of an industry-changing product from the ground up without the hassle of messy legacy code!
