What Humanforce is all about
An Australian success story with serious global reach, Humanforce is a founder-led Enterprise-grade SAAS solution for the desk-less workforce started in 2002.
After being bootstrapped for over a decade while building out their rich product and customer base, the company brought on its CEO and also received $25 Million investment backing from AKKR from Silicone Valley. This has kicked off Humanforces’ next phase of growth which is set to expand its product and global footprint even more.
Humanforce currently has over 1,500 customers globally with over 500,000 employees using the application. In the UK and France, their client base includes supporting major sports events such as the English Premier League, the Royal Ascot and the French Open.
The app is built to support workforce management and rostering to become more smooth and efficient by letting users swap shifts, understand their schedule, as well as communicate with their peers and managers. It also supports the bigger picture, from new employee expectations and new technologies to new regulations and other major changes.

CTO Role
As CTO, you’ll be a leader and innovator who will drive the team of approximately 110 people in the technology function to its highest potential.
You’ll bring both technology and commercial acumen to the technology and wider business. You’ll also have the vision, initiative and drive to take the technology function to the next level. Is the way technology is set up at the moment the most optimal? If not, what does that look like and how can we create it?
You’ll also be comfortable around mergers and acquisitions and be able to add value to the conversation with senior leadership and the board from a technology and business perspective.
