Chief Product Officer Role

A partner to the exec team and responsible for the strategy, vision and execution of the product. You will lead and empower a talented team to achieve their potential. Foster a culture of learning, while attracting and retaining the best.

You will link product strategy and customer value to commercial outcomes and play a key role in their next phase of growth both organically and through M&A.

As a leader, you’ll bring a strong sense of prioritisation and execution to achieve team and product strategies, as well as the ability to engage and empower your team.

You will be a strategic Senior Product Leader that is an expert at defining product strategy, scaling teams, driving cross-organisation alignment & unblocking execution.

You’ll be joining the executive team and leading a team of four product managers. Generally, Humanforce currently has a technology team of around 70 people with a mixture of people in Australia, Sri Lanka and Russia.
