The Role:
The company seeks a QA Lead to elevate product quality, lead a team of Junior/Mid QAs (including offshore contractors) and collaborate with Product Managers, Backend/Frontend Engineers, and UX/UI Designers. Ideal candidates should excel in both manual and automated testing of Web/Mobile applications and HTTP APIs using Appium, Cypress, Selenium and Postman.
As the QA Lead, you’ll be responsible for the input and contribution to the development/maintenance of automated test scripts and prepare and maintain all QA documentation such as Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Metrics, Issues List and relevant records. A strong commitment to quality assurance and a focus on delivering exceptional customer value is crucial.
