Senior Product Designer
The Senior Product Designer role offers a dynamic opportunity to shape the user experience of a highly complex, data-rich platform, with a special focus on building a design system that will be used across internal and partner applications.

What’s my day-to-day?
Develop and maintain a robust Design System: Work alongside Frontend Engineers to build out their design system.
Collaborate on building a highly complex, data-centric product: Simplifying it for users without a data background.
Focus on Research and Ideation: Once the initial design system is in place, continuously improve and adapt designs based on user needs and feedback.
Frontend work: Potentially engage in frontend work to enhance collaboration with engineering teams.
Delivery of new Products: You will be focussing quite heavily on building their new products end-to-end

The team is a tight-knit group with around 30 developers out of 82 employees across Australia, Europe, and the US. They have a strong focus on collaboration between designers, developers, and product owners. The Head of Design is based in Cambridge and is highly experienced, fostering a design-forward environment that emphasizes user experience. This global team meets regularly for design workshops to align on product direction
