Senior Product Analyst

As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll drive success and fuel innovation with enthusiasm and expertise. You'll redefine the way stories are defined and manage CourseLoop’s delivery backlog to ensure they exceed client expectations. As the Senior Product Analyst, your focus will be on understanding clients' business needs and shaping the product backlog. With your innovative thinking, you’ll create impactful solutions and foster a team environment of achievement.

In collaboration with the extraordinary product team, you will tackle prioritisation and planning for the Program Increment (PI) and individual sprints. Leveraging your comprehensive understanding of what needs to be built and why, you will ensure that the functionality developed aligns seamlessly with desired business outcomes.

What’s my day-to-day?

  • Defining Product Stories: Define stories and manage the delivery backlog, ensuring alignment with client needs and the product roadmap.

  • Solution Design Support: Understand client business requirements and support the solution design process, translating needs into features, epics, and user stories.

  • Backlog Management: Manage and refine the Product and Sprint Delivery Backlog, prioritising tasks and ensuring alignment with the Product Roadmap.

  • Team Leadership: Lead the delivery team, acting as a point of escalation for blockers and monitoring team performance against predefined metrics.
