Role Responsibilities…
As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will:
Daily Stand-ups and Feature Development: Actively participate in daily stand-ups and collaborate with the team on feature development, emphasising alignment with client needs and the product roadmap.
Design and Development Integration: Integrate design work seamlessly with development tasks, especially in lead roles, to ensure solutions meet client requirements and business objectives.
Culture Building: Collaborate closely with the lead developer to cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture, fostering continuous improvement and cohesion.
Story Crafting and Testing: Collaborate with teams to craft user stories, develop features, and implement a test-driven approach to ensure product quality and meet client expectations.
Testing Tool Utilisation: Utilise Cypress for comprehensive testing and Jest for unit testing, leveraging Toska to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
Leadership in Quality Assurance: Lead the team in adopting and implementing quality assurance practices, ensuring the highest standards in business analysis and product development.
