Powered by Auraya’s ArmorVoxᵀᴹ AI, EVA is a voice biometric solution for any contact centre platform. EVA delivers secure yet convenient identity verification and fraud prevention. EVA provides a frictionless customer experience by removing the need for PINs, passwords, or secret information to prove user identity. EVA enables both active and passive enrolment and verification in the IVA and during agent conversations and an intuitive agent interface.
EVA uses open API’s to seamlessly integrate with all cloud based and on premise contact center platforms. EVA has out of the Box configurations to enable same day deployments with Amazon Connect, GenesysCloud, Five9, 8x8, Twilio and an ever increasing suite of CCaaS platforms.

Auraya is offering the opportunity for two enthusiastic engineers who are eager to tackle challenges in voice AI/ML. Your work will predominantly focus on backend development using Java and AWS services, with occasional Frontend tasks using Vaadin, HTML and CSS.
You’ll be working on feature requests as well as building and supporting demos for the sales team which will then get productised - making these products more robust, cloud-ready and potentially turned into a SaaS product. A real chance for you to run/lead you’re own product line!
You’ll get involved in:
Full-stack development (80% focus on backend): Java, HTML, Javascript, CSS
Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS, etc
Audio and telephony technologies, codecs and file formats, biometrics
Machine Learning: Data cleansing, data organisation, ML testing, concepts, techniques
Security: penetration testing, IDS, IPS
Support: sales tech support, customer ticket resolution

Auraya's core team is made up of of 12 highly skilled professionals, led by Jamie, the Chief Technology Officer and Paul, the Chief Executive Officer. The team is supported by two senior developers and a Head of Software who drive the technical innovation and development of their state-of-the-art voice recognition technology.
A dedicated sales team works alongside them to ensure the technology reaches the right audiences and markets, thereby propelling the company's growth and impact in enhancing online security.
